In the first field under 'Invoice Information', please type the name of the bundle you wish to purchase.

In the 'Payment Amount' field, please type the total price of the bundle or course you wish to purchase.

Last but not least, all that we need squared away is your billing information and desired credit card to use for payment, and you're good to go!
